บทคัดย่อ

ศาสตรการแพทย์โฮมิโอพาธีย์เป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งในการดูแลผู้ป่วยในระบบบริการสาธารณสุข ที่แผนก

ผู้ป่วยนอกโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลพรุในมีการใช้ยาโฮมิโอพาธีย์สำหรับผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการฉับ

พลันตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม 2555

การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาผลการรักษาผู้ป่วยด้วยโรคที่มีอาการฉับพลันด้วยยาโฮมีโอพาธีย์และสำรวจความพึง

พอใจของผู้ป่วยดังกล่าวจำนวน 24 ราย ตั้งแต่เดือนมีนาคม 2555 ถึงเดือนกรกฏาคม 2555

ผลการศึกษาโดยใช้วิธีเปรียบเทียบค่าคะแนนความรุนแรงของอาการโดยผู้ป่วยเป็นผู้ประเมินในวันที่

รับการรักษาวันแรก และวันที่สาม (subjective symptom score) โดยใช้ค่าสถิติ dependent,paired

T-Test พบว่าการรักษาโดยวิธีโฮมีโอพาธีย์ทำให้อาการของผู้ป่วยดีขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ( P <0.05 )

และผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการรักษาให้คะแนนความพึงพอใจระดับพอใจมากถึงร้อยละ 80

Homeopathy is an alternative medicine in heath care services,and used in treatment in

acute cases in OPD of Prunai Health Promoting Hospital since March 2012.

This research was studied on result of that homeopathic treatment and satisfaction survey

on 24 acute cases patient during March – July 2012.

by comparing of subjective symptom scores,before (day1 as first contact ) and after (day3

as follow-up) ,analysis by dependent,paired T-Test,the results show a significant of

homeopathic treatment by approving patient’s subjective symptom score as P <0.05

and 80 % of most satisfy.

There is a tight connection betweeninterpretivist paradigm and qualitative methodology as one is a methodological approach and one is a means in collecting data.
